They generally mess up my order. Don't think they have ever gotten an order right for me in the time they have been open. They close early almost every night. Tonight at 9:30pm on a Tuesday I drove through the drive through. I was told they closed early due to extermination and the cleaning of their vents. Sucks the newest place in Hobbs has the worst management and staff.

Awesome service! The new management is on top of it, they fixed any mistakes immediately and really took great care of us, almost better than a full service restaurant!!! This is my new favorite fast food place to eat!!!

I really like the food here, but every time we come in here, there are dirty tables and food in the floor.

I quit working at this so called"restaurant" an Jan 10th, I have a paycheck from Jan 23rd there, Before i left to return to Colorado. I left Tim the GM 2 Self addressed stamped envelopes to mail me my Pay check. I called on the the 25th and was told that my check was mailed. I waited till Monday Jan 30th to call again when it had not arrived. He informed me that the it was returned in the mail. Which is a LIE, because the envelopes i left him had my Colorado address on them as the Return address. So if there was an issue in the mail. they still would have been returned to me in Colorado. On Feb. 2nd i called their store in Roswell NM and I spoke with the District Manager George, He said he would look into it. and call me back. I missed the call when he called me back and he did not leave me a message, when i returned the call to Roswell, the individual informed me that George had left already. Today Feb 3rd, My paycheck still has not arrived in the attempt to call Hopper Management inc. in Las Cruces, the number i was given is just a voice mail system, that has an inbox that is full, so I'm unable to get a hold of the Ownership group. Besides this place refusing to mail me my final check and Tax form for 2016, as a former employee, And yes disgruntle former employee, I would not recommend eating at this establishment. Coming from and currently employed at a Carl's jr in Colorado. This place is actually disgusting. And I'm not saying this because I'm mad at them refusing to pay me. They cook burger patties by the dozens in advance and store them in heat bins. Health department regulations allows this for up to 20 minutes. I worked there for just 3 weeks before i was too disgusted to serve burger patties and grilled chicken patties that were sometimes 2-3 hours old. To keep the looking fresh, they placed hot water in the bins to rejuvenate the dried out burgers. They water down the Beer Cheese for the Budweiser burgers and fries, to conserve it. They don't use the proper portioning for those burgers either. They do not make the burgers according to Carl's Jr standards, They skimp on portions and often use the Cheaper seeded buns to save money on the burgers that normally would get the Fresh baked bun, The Beer Cheese bacon burgers are always suppose to be on Fresh Baked. and their is supposed to be 1 1/2 ounces of the Cheese on the burger, but they use a sauce spreader and only put a thin layer of cheese on the sandwiches. and this burger is also suppose to be made with the all natural burger patties, and 9 out 10 times they use the less expensive regular patties, They do not use timers to control the hold times for any of their products. I'm not saying you are getting bad food all the time, but i would be very Leary of going there during Non Peak hours because the food may have been made a couple hours earlier and held beyond health and corporate standards. the Image i posted is a picture of the broiler from the 1st day i worked there right before Christmas, and i worked morning and afternoons, This is not a late night picture after a full day of cooking. This is the look at 11am, There is no excuse for the broiler to ever be that burnt up. I did take this machine apart and clean it and tried my best to maintain it while i was employed there. but the night shift did not do their part, and I just couldn't serve food from this kitchen anymore. It's very sad that this restaurant is so poorly cared for considering it only opened up in May of 2016. I love Carl's Jr, that is why i came to work down there, being that i was experienced in the company. No matter how much i tried to get the kitchen in better shape and get fresher food served to the customers, None of the existing employees would change their patterns to improve the service and quality of the food. Their #1 concern was keeping their Drive Thru times down as low as possible by having 90% of the drive thru customers pull away from the window to stop the timer that the corporate sees. Sad Sad day, i hope nobody gets sick from the food they serve.
