  So I had rated this restaurant five stars a year ago while doing a job in Hobbs and had really enjoyed the place but this time it was different. The first night was okay, service good, beer cold but food was just okay. The second night, I can actually say, was bad. It was the last game of the NBA finals and the bar was packed. We had called ahead to see what time the kitchen closed and we were told 10 o'clock. We were there by 9:15, got drinks, ordered food and last call happened at the same time we got our food, 9:40. We luckily ordered a second round on time. We asked for a slice if cheesecake to go along with our ticket. At 9:55 the lights were turned up at we were made to feel very unwelcome along with everyone else in the bar. Then we were told that were had ordered our slice of cheesecake too late, despite being told the kitchen closed at ten and they obviously don't have to bake a cheesecake. They somehow couldn't accommodate. Then at 10:04 while the bar was still packed an announcement over the intercom was made that the bar was now closed despite the bar still being packed and people had drinks that were barely half done. When one of my co-workers asked why they're were in such a hurry our waitress actually said "because I wanna get the f*%k home" and laughed and then said "just kidding ". Our crew has more jobs in Hobbs and I can say we will now be avoiding this place from now on.
